| monica 09-09-2002 07:04 PM | are they horrible for me? will they hinder fat loss? what about diet hansens/diet rite or sodas without phophoric acid or sodium? Should i consider them a munch food even though they have no calories? |
| Wai 09-10-2002 02:19 PM | yes, it is NOT about calories, yes they ARE munch foods. You really need to go off the 'calories thing'. Calories is energy, which you need to be able to burn bodyfat properly. You need calories to function well. You need calories to feel well. You need calories to be able to lose weight and feel well. Calories did not make you overweight, but overeating did. Stop this fixation on calories, it is so misleading; it is an invention of the diet industry, not to help you lose overweight, but to make you buy their products. It is a farce, a scam. Americans consume more diet products than any other people, but are the fattest of all. When you consume foods, make sure they are natural, caloric, fullfilling foods. |
