| Sanna 09-07-2002 12:53 PM | I love fruit so much. Especially melons and yellow kiwis and orange juice. And B nuts, avocadoes, yolks. I don't eat munch food because I don't like anything but fruits anymore. The thing is, I can eat LOTS and lots of fruits. Will I gain bodyfat if I let myself eat all those fruits all day every day...is it better to eat only when hungry and just a few fruits at once...will I live longer if I don't make my body process so much food and just eat what is really required and ONLY when really hungry? |
