| adamwilson64 05-19-2003 01:48 PM | Dear Wai, i've struggled with acne, moderate mainly, and i love to experiment. Im an active teenage boy and i can't follow your diet too closely. but, in experimenting, i've found that if i clean my mouth after every time i eat anything, like with mouthwash or just gum and water, my pimples decrease enormously. but a little lapse can cause a huge breakout. i came to this discovery when i "charted" my pimples and realized that over 90% of them were on the skin that doubles as my oral cavity. Do you have any comments, thoughts, more advice? |
