Author	Topic: sunburned real bad for acne?
jstolz182 05-18-2003 02:41 AM	Hey Wai, I have been on the diet on and off for about 2 months. Everytime i stay strict for like 4 days my face really starts to clear up but this time around (the last 5 days or so) it really hasn't. I was wondering if it's because i got A LOT of sun on the first day of the diet. kinda sunburned. Could that have caused me to keep breaking out even though i have been real strict or could actually be the egg yolk. (everytime i restart the diet, i only have 2 a day for a week and then i increase it)I know it takes people longer than a couple of days to see improvement but I always see it pretty quick. Thanks for your help!!
Wai 05-18-2003 02:09 PM	yes, it is real bad for acne it destroys a view layers of skin cells and these layers dont allow deportation of sebum outside the skin, thus causing acne...
