| freshjive 05-17-2003 09:41 AM | I'm quite sure there is a relationship on sleep and acne. Will sleeping early and waking early result in less acne? I have slept real late once and I had a very bad breakout, the worst in ages. So does sleeping really affect acne and if so, should I change my sleeping habits? One more thing, I'm drinking wheatgrass and I find it helps a lot. My acne is clearing pretty fast. However I think my diet is helping me mainly and I buy fresh raw salmon from sushi bars. Really expensive though.. I eat around 4 slices a day which is $9. ok, just to encourage everyone, press on! Don't give up! IT WORKS! I can testify! Not only those it clear your acne, im very very sure you will be feeling great! |
