jhontry 03-27-2003 04:02 PM	Hi dear Wai, do you recommend to shower with hot or cold water? since I always do it with hot water and feel like the hot may cause acne. Does hot weather cause acne? or induce it? Thank you
Wai 03-28-2003 10:02 AM	it doesn't matter regarding acne regarding your health (to prevent catching a cold), it is best to take a cold shower after you have taken a hot shower, because the cold swhower closes the pores that were opened by the hot water
