| Roy 03-23-2003 05:51 AM | Here are some interesting Questions... If a person just stopped eating all together, would their acne go away? Are their certain nutrients that can cause acne if you have too much or too little of? What im getting at is this: If someone did the sample diet but only ate apples(for sugar energy) and olive oil(for fat energy), and consumed enough water would it work? Or lets replace the apples with bananas(which im told have LOTS of nutrients). Or how about JUST avocados? You say things that inhabit digestion are potential acne causers, but what about mucoid plaque in the bowel? Is there any combonation of good foods(foods that dont cause acne or inhibit digestion) that can be mixed together in the wrong way and cause acne or impair digestion? Have you ever heard of people eating food for their own blood type, and to avoid certain foods that don't fit their blood type? Can this be a factor for someones acne on your diet? Can a toxic liver, gallstones, kidney stones, mucuid plaque, parasites ect cause acne? And if these were the cause of someones acne, would your diet not work? Are there any organs(that people can live without) that people must have to eliminate acne. You already awnswered the question about the spleen, but are there any other organs that can influence acne(by not having them). I heard that people are only supposed to eat foods(fruits) that grow around them. Can it ever be a problem for acne if someome ate somthing that didnt grow in their area(but from somewhere far away)? I can't think of anymore right now... Good Luck |

I ate so bad my whole life, and now i think im paying for it(acne) I'm 15, and I wounder to what extent have I destroyed my body eating at fast food, candy ect. for all my life. I heard the liver can be a big factor for skin problems. Your diet doesn't seem to adress detoxification very much at all. No fasting, enemas, herbs, ect. ect. ect. I heard that a change in diet alone cannot get all the toxic stuff out of your body. Your diet, is just a change of diet, do you really think it gets out all the mucoid plaque out of your bowels automatically? There are many other aspects of detoxification I think your diet would not deal with. How would your diet get rid of all the mucoid plaque? What other toxic things to you think your diet gets rid of? |
