| riverdown 01-08-2003 09:31 PM | Is having a wrong exercise contribute to have breakouts, does it really have a wrong or I might say not suitable exercise for an specific person....You see I have this routine exercise that I do for 3 weeks and I always have breakouts .....but when I changed my routine and shift to a different exercise patterns the breakouts are gone... that is taking the same food (Im way past over the diet cause I have identify the right food for me) of course the only thing that changes if the exercise patterns all the food are the same even the weather and the time and physical condition before doing are the same ....please advise bacause I suspect it play a role for me kind weird but glad breakouts are gone...I just need your theory on this......pls advise..this may help others who are so physcialy active.....and have an acne problem thanks riverdown |
| Wai 01-09-2003 07:19 AM | quote:Physical exercises do affect the amount of protein in the blood, and thus acne; intense exercise destroys cells, which contain protein that is released into the blood stream, and thus more water is retained. If you do intense exercises, your susceptibility to acne is increased, and thus you should maintain a more strict diet as compared to when not physically active. Please experiment with this. |
