Since I've quit eating as much wheat, corn, soy, sugar, salt, and I don't eat dairy or eggs...My skin has improved SO much. I also don't eat tomatoes, oranges, or bananas lately. Apples are my favorite right now (and lots of pears and melon as well). I also have a meal bar or two everyday, although I want to cut down on them. It's just really easy to eat this way. And I'm SO much less hungry for some reason.
I haven't followed the diet outlined here for this, but obviously changing my diet has helped. I'm still kind of waiting for my skin to suddenly get worse but it's been good for weeks now.
I know this may not support the diet here but it does support the correlation between diet and skin. I guess I've found what works for me.

Well, that is what this diet is about. We all are susceptible to different foods, and to different extends, so eventually, we can all find out how much of each food we can eat without breaking out.
It is not that we want all people to stick to the sample diet. We want people to find out what foods trigger their acne, and how to have a clear skin. For some, that means they have to stick to the sample diet, while others can eat much more 'bad foods'.
