No:

1. Dietary bacteria have NOTHING to do with acne.
Natural (propioni) bacteria present in the skin are involved in the inflammtion process, but they are very different from dietary bacteria.

2. Fresh raw tuna always contains bacteria, like all fresh raw foods do.
By ingesting these bacteria, your body gets trained to be able to fight them. That is why only people with an untrained defense system (not consuming fresh raw animal food regularly) can fall victim to food poisoning.

If the tuna is really 100% raw, yes, it is a perfect food to eat.
If, however, it is not 100% raw, it can easily cause acne, so make sure to eat fresh raw tuna only.
