Miss Wai:

I do know that when you are doing lots of cocaine, it is definitely a burden on the liver. Especially, considering that these days cocaine is mixed with many other chemical substances like speed. So don't liver problems eventually lead to acne?

and does cocaine make your hair fall out and not grow back again like you said? I tell people this but they just laugh at me.
I've never heard of anyone who has lost her/his hair due to cocaine use.
But anyway...if it is true, does it only happen to people who do LOTS or can it happen after one time of use or something?

In theory, yes.
If the liver is less capable in breaking down redundant (or 'dirty') protein, acne will easier be caused, indeed.

If they use cocaine, and they don't notice any hairloss, of course they wount believe it, just as until recently most people never believed that smoking can cause lung cancer, because it hadn't happened to them (yet).
Only after a lot of attention was focussed on the adverse effects of smoking, people started to believe that smoking does affect their health.
People don't want to know that their habits are bad, while they don't have problems believing that other people's habits are bad. It is a system of self-protection of their psyche; they don't want the stress of realizing that they might be in danger.

Cocaine is NEVER 100% pure when it reaches the consumer. Often, the mixture snored contains thallium, and thallium poisoning leads to alopecia.
One of the main causes of thallium toxicity is snorting what was thought to be pure cocaine. (from: Moore D, et al, Thallium poisoning. Diagnosis may be elusive but alopecia is the clue. Brittish Medical Journal 1993 Jun 12;306(6892);1603
And:
"Cocaine has been adulterated or admixed with numerous substances, among them local anesthetics, amphetamine, phencyclidine, and strychnine. We report three cases of thallium poisoning following nasal insufflation of a substance that was believed to have been cocaine."
From: Insley BM, et al, Thallium poisoning in cocaine abusers. Am J Emerg Med 1986 Nov;4(6):545-8

Do you know someone in person who got lung cancer from smoking?
Most people don't. But it DOES happen.

People can get alopecia from using cocaine once, or never get it at all, just as there are people with healthy lungs after 50 years of smoking 2 packs of cigarettes a day.
