Dear Wai,

I'm working as a computer engineer and always spend time in computer rooms with very strong aircon. Thus my skin gets dehydrated a lot.

Its been 2 weeks of the sample diet. I've yet to see improvement in the acne. Besides trying to consume enough calories, I also like to reduce my skin's dehydration. (though I'm not sure whether it contributes to the new breakouts)

Some questions on applying oil on face:
- what type of oil do you recommend for oily skin?
- can olive oil be applied on face?
- how much oil to apply?

Thanks you for your time and effort! [Smile]

Sorry Wai, I've got a few more questions to ask :

I still having acne(cystic type) while maintaining the sample diet for 2 weeks.

- Would like to hear your opinion: Do you think I should aplly oil on my face?

- If yes, do I apply all over or specific areas?

Hey Rookie,

The aircon may indeed dehydrate your skin, which will result in a higher sebum production, which aggravates your acne.
Protecting your skin against dehydration is essential.
Consuming enough calories is essential as well.

Yes.

A few drops. They are best applied on a somewhat moist skin (after having towelled your skin after having taken a bath / shower).

Absolutely.

All over, including the oily areas.

Don't give up; sometimes it takes way over 2 weeks.
