| Author | Topic: Skin care to use during the first 2 weeks |
| Don 05-06-2003 11:41 AM | Dear Wai , I found out about your therapy just 2 days ago and i made a decision to start with your programmes as soon as I can (strictly speaking ,tomorrow). I think I'm quite sure of what to eat and what not to now. However, I still am not sure what to put on my face for the first 2 weeks. I read from the previous topics that some chemicals in SPF can be very harmful to your skin. I'm using the new spf from Lancome called'UV expert',which they claim to have the highest UVA and UVB protection factors in the market right now(PA+++ ,SPF50 for UVA and UVB respectively). Can I use this during the first 2 weeks? I have acne and I read that sunlight can be very harmful for skin prone to acne. What about toning lotion? Are we allow to use this after cleansing? You suggested using some oil instead of moisturiser ,but my face is really oily ,wouldn't it be even oilier? And this might sound crazy, but will deodorant do any harm to your skin ? I once read that Aluminium in deodorant is not very good to your skin in general. But I really can't feel comfortable without it. And final question , I found that some (many actually) dried fruits have some kind of preservation substances . Are they safe to eat anyway? Please help me out Wai , I can't wait to start but need to make sure I'm going to the right direction . Thanx !! |
