Dear Wai,

me and my friend are taking your diet...now we are more or less sure about the munch food extent...we are now interested in 'smoothing' out the scars and uneven skin colorations....and another friend recommended this products as follow:

Cellex-C High Potency Serum is a golden-colored, lightweight liquid containing the patented Cellex-C Complex -- 10% pure L-ascorbic acid, L-tyrosine and zinc sulphate -- supplemented by hyaluronic acid and a particular group of water soluble bioflavonoids.

Is serum ok? I know you are against putting anything on the face because in the long term it leads to skin shedding faster....but is it ok that we just use it for a couple of months to encourage our skin to renew into smoother and clearer skin?

Thank you!
Wai

it is not a good idea because, naturally, the recovery of the skin already takes place at the highest speed possible
of course, you can acelerate this process, but thus it will be less accurate, in that it may cause blurry scars since the coordination of the healing will be less precise...

Dear Wai,

Thansk so much for entertaining all my questions! Yes I get your drift... [Roll Eyes] guess I must decide whether or not to try this Vit C serum then....well, how I wish to get back the old smooth even translucent skin that I used to have couple years back! I really hate all these plus the open pores!

Thank you!

IMO, Cellex - c is a very overpriced company . The C serum work for some people but in 2 weeks it will be useless .

Hi Violet,

tks for sharing! have you tried it before? I am puzzled....what you meant by after 2 weeks it'll be useless? I have friends who are using it and I do see improvements for their skin....

But you are right - it is a very expensive serum !

I have used it , I have the B one too and I gust don’t see a big difference. Vit. C reacts with the oxygen and the light plus it is very unstable so yes, after 2 weeks it is useless. [Frown]
