Hi Wai
I was wondering if it is OK to have facial steaming everyday (before bedtime only) cause I heard that is cleanse and unclogged the pores, I've been doing is for a week now as part of my daily routine and I have no breakouts so far and the oilyness were reduced greatly please advised..?

Also is having a wrong exercise contribute to have breakouts, does it really have a wrong or I might say not suitable exercise for an specific person....You see I have this routine exercise that I do for 3 weeks and I always have breakouts .....but when I changed my routine and shift to a different exercise patterns the breakouts are gone... that is taking the same food (Im way past over the diet cause I have identify the right food for me) of course the only thing that changes if the exercise patterns all the food are the same even the weather and the time and physical condition before doing are the same ....please advise bacause I suspect it play a role for me kind weird but glad breakouts are gone...I just need your theory on this......pls advise..this may help others who are so physcialy active.....and have an acne problem

thanks

No, it dehydrates you outer skin too much to do it daily.

Acne is not caused by poorly washed skin, and thus cleansing your face more intensively cannot prevent acne.
The oilyness is reduced due to the dehydrating effect of steambaths. Eventually, this will have adverse effects, since stimulating your sebum production.
