The cleanser is okay, except when it dehydrates your skin. After you used it, how does your skin feel? (within minutes)

You should NOT use a moisturizer. Moisturizers contain small proteins that enter your skin and then attract water, thus forcing your skin to retain more water, which can cause acne, and accelerates the aging of your skin because the small proteins end up in the true skin, distracting water from the outer skin, making you depend on the product (to moisturize it again), while the effects are adverse. (you end up in a vicious cycle of moisturizing and dehydration)

Preventing dehydration of the outer skin is very different, and good for your skin. Oil on your skin protects your skin against dehydration.

I would love not to use a moisturizer, Wai, but what about on those cold windy days where it seems like it would protect the skin, or the days where the skin feels dry????? Thanks in advance...

Then your skin is not dry due to a lack of moisturizer use, but due to dehydration, caused by the dehydrating temperature and wind.
Using a moisturizer does not prevent dehydration.
Using a moisturizer FORCES your skin to retain more water, at first in the outer skin, but then only in the true skin, accelerating the dehydration of the skin, making you feel you need to moisturize again.

When your skin feels dry, you have not protected it well.
To protect it well, you need to use fat. Eskimos know that. African tribes know that. But western people are fooled to such an extend that they think they need to buy a moisturizer.
You don't need a moisturizer. You need fat on your skin. Try it, and you will see.

Do you mean apply fat to the skin? Does that mean a particular kind of oil? Or did you mean to add more fat to my diet?

She meant applying fat to your skin; oil.
You best apply a few drops of oil to the skin that is still a little bit moist (after showering?)
The oil needs to be low in vitamin E.
here's a list: link
