commercial rosewater is never pure; because how many roses would one need to extract a bottle of water from???
So, it is always dilluted with mainly water. If it says concentrated, it means that they have concentrated it AFTER they have dilluted it. I guess they don't give you any details [Mad]

I've just bought a bottle of rose water but not sure whether is it the correct one?

In fact there were 2 types:-
Bottle 1(Pink in color) - for dry/sensitive skin
Bottle 2(Green in color) - for oily/normal skin

Ingredients:-
Bottle 1 - Rose water concentrate
Bottle 2 - Rose water concentrate & Witch Hazel

Anyway, I bought bottle 1 as it only consists of rose concentrate, but I have oily skin, so I wonder is it ok for me to use bottle 2 instead?

Is rose water concentrate ok or must it be pure?
If it must be pure, can we buy off shelf? Please kindly advise.

Hello Rookie, I am from Singapore too so I know what you are talking about!

I have been using rose water bought from Guardian Pharmacy since I can only find it there! Previously it came in a 240ml bottle (cost around $3.60 and i think you can still see some of these stock). Recently they have changed the packaging so it now comes in a 120ml transparent bottle which costs $3.

I have been using the above 2 for the past 3 months and they are ok.

Take care!
