| riverdown 10-02-2002 11:54 PM | Hi wai...would it be ok to use any cream in face to lighten up the dark spots after you have completely clear out during the diet.....please advise, because I somehow clear of everything (been in the fiet for 2 weeks now)....please advise, I somehow identifed the food and the diet works for me....I just wanted to look a little lighter...any cream of natural thing that I can used Thanks |

You cannot possibly bleech only those skin cells that have a darker pigmentation right; you will always also bleech 'normal' cells, simply because cells are too small to be able to distinguish between them. So, you will always be inaccurate. And, then the natural healing process progresses, and the 'affected parts' of the skin will naturally regain their natural color. However, they already have been bleeched, and thus they may discolor, with regards to normal tissue. Also, the healthy areas that were bleeched too, will also become more pronounced, because of the natural re-pigmentation of the affected cells. So, the end results may be ugly. And that while it will probably perfectly heal anyway, if you just leave it alone. I understand that you want to look good NOW, but you must realize that you may permanently make your skin uglier by seeking short term results... | riverdown 10-03-2002 11:51 PM | Well I still follow the diet....of course ..but the good thing now is that I enjoy some other food that will not cause acne for me 1. No Rice I eliminate rice completely....but when if I want to have some of it should be in a very very moderate amount.....at least once a month if not avoided... 2. No beef and any meat (since Im yoga I kind of used to it for 2 years now) 3. Cooked veggies are ok but again in a very very moderate amount and should not be taken everyday.... 4. To much protein can cause me breakouts..... 5. Mashed potato once in a while is ok for me but again in moderate.... 6. fried squash in olive oil is good for me.... 7. Dressings on SALADS is good but it must contain no salt and no protein...I not avoided sometimes... Basically as of now I still stick on the diet but Im now trying to cosume 100% of fruits....it helps a lot in my yoga lessone makes my body lighter.....and no acne as well...(I have to thank you Wai for that) Im very keenly watchedfull in the FOOD I take....I dont care what people say...all I know Im eating what is healthy and good for me ITS MY BODY ITS MY TEMPLE....... Diet realy works....and I will followed your advise to let my face heal itself and not used any cosmetics..... Thanks wai.... |
