| jay_1 06-19-2003 01:24 AM | Wai, I have been receiving a lot of concern from friends and family over the past couple of weeks. People are saying that my eyes have dark circles around them and that I am too pale. I belive I get plenty of sleep, I usually go to bed around 12:00 AM and wake up around 7:30 or 8:00 am. Should I go to bed earlier? My diet is approximately as follows. 8:00 am to noon -3 eggs with O.J. (O.J. always has olive oil pre- mixed in) -1 apple -1 pears -1 bannana -O.J. with olive oil(fat) to balance all carbs(sugar) noon to 5pm -quarter large unit of mellon -2 apples -1 plum -1 avacado -O.J. with olive oil 5pm to sleep -1 apple -1 bannana -1 pear -sometimes cucumbers with olive oil O.J. with olive oil -2 eggs Im 21, 5ft 10in, I weight 135 lbs. It's been making me upset to hear people talking about me. Is it recommended that I get some sun to darken my skin up a little? As always, thank you two very much. |

People always make comments about people who don't have a tan.
