| Author | Topic: bloated, no dump, and taking protein supplement |
| banned 05-22-2003 06:25 PM | I haven't taken a dump in 6 days(remember im 220 pounds and have been eating soooo much fruit and salad) now I've been feeling bloated the whole week too. wtf is up I still take "dirty" protein supplements but I think its from the total lack of meat, diary and bread in my diet. Could the build up of toxins cause acne since my face isn't looking that much better? |
| benzapp 05-22-2003 09:29 PM | You live in Chicago. There is an awesome Korean fishmarket called the Clark Market on Kedzie just north of Lawrence. It is a 5 minute walk from the Kedzie stop on the Brown Line. They have EXCELLENT sashimi there. It seems expensive but because it is all edible; there is no waste. Tuna is about $20 a pound, salmon $10. Go purchase 1 pound of Tuna at the Clark Market and go to Dominicks and get 2 avocados, a bottle of olive oil, some shallots, two limes, and some parsley. Chop finely the shallots and parsley and put it in 1/2 cup of olive oil, add a little salt and pepper if you are so inclined. Dice the Tuna and place it in a bowl. Juice the lemons and empty the juice into the bowl. Now dump the olive oil mixture into the bowl. Mix it around, now add some avocados. Eat it all. This should provide you 2000 calories no problem. Your bowls will move, guaranteed. |
| Wai 05-23-2003 09:43 AM | thank you Ben Banned, there is a reason why we created the sample diet; if you are less strict you may see no / hardly any results and a protein supplement is the worst you can do (unless they are liquid free amino acids) |
