| freshjive 05-09-2003 09:34 AM | Hey wai, thank you for researching so much on this website. I have been on your diet for 1 week already and at first it was fine but then after 2 days or so I found so pus coming out from my nose and each little small bump I had. I never had that much pus all around my nose before.. like many little yellow dots. Its day 7 and there still are. Furthermore, many many many new tiny pimples have formed and my forehead has gotten many new pimples as well! I never had much pimples on my forehead before... but now there are. And I noticed it is a sudden breakout because it was fine on day 5 or so and then I stayed up until 3AM and next morning my face was like a disaster! could sleeping late really be THAT bad? My pimples seem to have gotten worse than before.. I'm pretty confused.. should I continue this diet? One more question.. I buy raw fresh salmon fillet which is around 350g which means it should be eaten over a period of 7 days as I am a woman and I should only eat 50g of raw fish a day. But the question is, how do I store it? I usually end up throwing away the rest after one day as it becomes very fishy. So can you give me a suggestion? (they don't sell in smaller servings) |
| Wai 05-09-2003 10:54 AM | quote:that is good news, it means that the pus / sebum in your pimples can now obviously come to surface; this generally preceeds clearing up... quote:since your skin's reaction is right on track, i expect the clearing to come right on track as well; you'll probably clear up within this next week quote:why would you want to stop once the pus has surfaced? quote:instead of buying 350 gram once a week, you should buy 175 gram twice a week, so that you can store it (in the fridge) for 3 days (eating a bit more than 50 gram 6 days a week) After about 3 days, the smell of the fish becomes less pleasant since they dont sell smaller pieces, you might consider eating fresh raw egg yolks instead... |
