| Author | Topic: oily face, but no sebum from nose pores |
| ongwb78 05-09-2003 07:34 AM | Dear Wai, Its been 5 days since I started your diet. Although, the small & big bumps on my face hasn't cleared, I noticed an interesting thing:- I'm used to having lots of sebum coming out of my nose when I squeezed it, clogged pores, I guessed. Its been quite some time since I've last squeezed it. Today, out of curiosity, I gave my nose a good squeeze, but no yellow stuff came out of it! ![[Eek!]](../eek.gif) even though my entire face is oily as usual. I'm not sure its a gd or bad thing........but I definitely gonna hangin there and stick to Wai's diet! Hopefully my acne can clear off or at least be controlled.................. To all acne sufferers: May we unite & fight acne together with Wai diet and our determination from within! ![[Wink]](../wink.gif) |
