| Simontreally 05-03-2003 08:29 AM | Hi there, Just a quick question, when ever i drink hand sqeezed orange juice i get a mild headache or cloudy feeling in my head. Before you say it, i do mix olive oil in with it aswell. Is this a sign that orange juice does not suit me? The problem is, i am relying on the orange juice to remain the same weight while trying to eliminate acne. i want to consume more juices, and OJ is by far the most cheap/ conveinient to make. Apples and pears in the electric sqeezer i wanted to avoid as the heat from the blades thing, might cause some acne. Should i add more olive oil? oh and i cannot get brazil nuts at the moment, so please dont meantion that. thankyou thankyou thankyou for any advice! |

Do you have the same experience when you do not add sugar? You can also obtain juices from apples and pears, for example, if you have juice extractor that is based on centrifugal extraction. RRM |

The larger oranges containing more juice do not, i aslo added more water to the juice and this helped.WaHeY! ![]() |

Donīt trust the label, put it in the fridge and see for yourself. I donīt know if bad oil causes headaches but I think it could. |
