| Author | Topic: Should a diet be alternated (in general)? |
| gavriel 05-03-2003 02:42 PM | New Memebr no.: 224 It's my first message (hope this is the right place for it...) I used to be a very severe case of Acne Fulminance. The Accutane treatment finished more than 8 years ago (I am almost 26). I started the strict diet few days ago. It is clear to me that this is the “final solution” to my skin problem (for which, I will never be able to thank you, Wai, enough…!!!) During the last 10 years, by intuition, I was forming a diet for myself which helped the situation to stabilize and improve somewhat. I would still have big inflammation on the upper part of my body. The face became much much better though (practicly clear…). I have no passion whatsoever for munch-food and have a feeling that I could conduct any diet which I’d believe to be good for me. Now, thank’s to your sample-diet, once I know what’s good for me… ...I have a question: Is there any need in nature to alternate (=change) one's diet during year’s time? Or can a human eat EXACTLY the same “menu” for a lifetime if it includes all the nutrients he needs? Is it possible to stay on the strict diet for good? => Eating according to the strictest version of the sample-diet for the next 50 years? Never adding any much-food whatsoever?? tanx Gavriel ![]() |
