Dear all,

I dunno why....I am beginning to experience twitching of a single vein on skin directly under my right lower eyelids....does anyone has this problem? Could it be due to some calcium difficiency? Thanks!

it is something that most people experience sometimes in life, and it will go away sooner or later

no, it cannot be due to a lack of calcium; even if you would try really hard, you would still ingest over 300 mg calcium daily, which allows your body to take up at least 200 mg, which is what it actually needs.
The more calcium you consume, the lower the absorption percentage. That is why it doesn't matter whether 1,000 or 300 mg calcium is consumed, because, on the average, only 200 mg is actually absorbed into the blood.
Why?
Because that is all your body needs, obviously.
That is why there is no diet in the world that does not supply you with sufficient calcium, and that is why there is are people that have too little calcium at their disposal to grow strong bones. (the disease osteoporosis is an againg disease, and is not about not being able to grow strong bones; all osteoporosis patients had strong bones before they got osteoporosis)
