| Roy 03-20-2003 01:20 AM | I have been eating ONLY fruit, and have not been eating fat after all meals Wai recommends. I might eat raw (shelled by hand) nuts once a week or so, and eat avocados, coconuts somtimes too. I dont want to mix foods, because i heard that it could lead to compomise my digestion. Wai says that not balencing out the sugars from fruit can definatly cause acne, but should i really have it this bad if i only eat raw fruit??? I feel like their are deep canals of sebum under my skin, and black heads all over. This is why i think my acne could be hormonal. And i've been a strict fruitarian for months. Ive tried to eat nuts after meals, but i thought it might be bad for my teeth. My main question is this: Could it be that because I dont balence me sugars with fats that makes my acne THIS bad? I would think that not consuming ANY cooked foods, dairy, grains, root vegitables whatsoever would at least result in some positive results, even though i dont eat fat after all meals. Because my acne is this bad (even when i eat like i do) that makes me think my acne is hormonal. |

Why don't you first try to do the diet right by consuming sufficient fat with every meal; you may be susceptible to too much fluctuating blood sugar levels, which can cause very bad acne in some quote:no it is not but if you don't want to eat nuts, why don't you consume olive oil? quote:that is absolutely possible quote:not necessarily we are dealing with water retention here, and with this, any interruption can have devastating effects it is as with a scale; if it is not balanced, it will lean over to one side. How much it will lean over to one side, is not at all linearly related to the severity of the inbalance; the scale will totally lean over to one side anyway this also goes for the 'water-balance' in our skin if your blood sugar levels are less strictly regulated, not consuming fat with every meal may cause all your acne... |
