| jhontry 03-08-2003 10:29 AM | Hi Wai and members, i am 16, 5'8 ft, 145lbs i just want to know if i am doing my daily diet right, so here is an example of one day consumption: 5-6 oranges with olive oil, 2 mangos, one cucumber-tomato salad with cold pressed olive oil, 1 small piece of sachimi, about 15 brazil nuts, 1 apple and maybe some more fruit. Is this daily routine o.k? could you give me some tips about how to deal with stress, thats like my weak point on the diet, i hear it can cause diabetis , which makes me even more stressed.thanks ![]() |
