After I eat the yolk, and I am resting (usually sit on couch quietly), I feel that "funny" thing, I feel little twinges in my chest area, and I feel a mild yet noticable shift ... almost like a wired with some kind of different-than-I-am-used-to energy feeling. I am an extraordinarily sensitive individual, so I always react strongly to things, so it just may be me. I'm not overly concerned, I was just curious if you had any thoughts

Ahhh, you are probably serotonin sensitive. Do you need bright daylight to feel good? Do dark/cloudy days make you feel depressed physically?
That would explain.
Good cholesterol is essential, and if you are not used to eating them, consuming the fresh raw egg yolks supplies your body with that nutrient that it has lacked so badly; and this MAY cause some sensation, ESPECIALLY if you are serotonin sensitive.
