hi wai I posted on here before, but my post for some unknown reasons didn't get posted...

I have been eating about 3 pieces of fruit and then followed by a bowl of salad consisting of lettuce and avocado with extra virgin oil. i do this about three times a day, and at night an egg yoke When will I start to see results?

P.S I use clearsil daily face wash, if I don't my skin breaks out big time

I think you are UNDEReating...
You will lose muscle weight and eventually feel weak and without energy when you undereat.
You need to eat much more often than 3 times a day. The easiest way to eat more is by drinking fresh juices (ONLY pressed juices or juices from the juice extractor; not juices from the blender / mixer) with oil added (and maybe some sugar). Another easy way is by eating dried fruits and nuts, which you can take with you where ever you go.

That is individually different, but generally after 1 week / within 2 weeks.
How severe is your acne? Any cysts?
How many zits at any given moment?
How many new ones a day / week?

This can EASILY prevent the diet from working for you... [Frown] Please check out the skin care forum.
When you are on my diet, you don't need the clearasil; just try it.

Wai, does cystic acne respond differently to your diet than does other kinds of acne?

No, but whereas yellowheads etc can 'just' be the surfacing of trapped sebum and pus, cysts cannot.
If one has cysts, they should go away whem maintaining the sample diet...

hi, my acne's not cystic, there are red little ones everywhere, about 20 at any given time and really ugly and persistent.
Also since I've been doing this diet my lips have become extremly dry, do you think its the extra virgin oil? Also I know it doesnt sound like I'm eating much, but I do get very full after eating THREE fruits and BOWL of salad three times a day. I'm not getting hungry at all. Or do you think I should eat more any way?

P.S I read on a different acne diet that bananas and tomatoes are acne causing, as well as oil?

Okay I'm gonna stop the clearsil, what should I use instead. If I don't cleanse then I'm just going to wake up with more zits, I know it, I've done it a few times.

You easily get full after eating fruit, in the sense that you don't feel like eating more, but that doesn't mean that is enough to cover your total need for energy. So, you better keep an eye on your weight (to check whether you don't lose too much weight).

No, that is not caused by oil, or any other food. I never heard of this happen before...
Maybe it is just because the whether is getting colder?

No, ABSOLUTELY NOT.

Cucumber juice or rosewater. Please check out the skincare forum for this.

hi wai, 100% strict with the food I have, but I have to find some rose water (not offg the net as I dont have a credit card)And it's been like 35 degrees (i live in australia) so its not the cold (lol) but even in summer my lips never got dry, in winter yes. Its like i'm on accutane my lips are pilling off! But I don't mind. Also after I eat the bowl of salad (lettuce, avocado and Extra virgin olive oil) does that mean I can't eat fruit for anther hour and half, or did i misinterpret that?

Also I'm still using mosturisor on my cheeks cos' there really dry (i dont get pimples there anyway)if i dont my cheeks get raw and i get sandy bumps, but they go away immediately after the cream.

Yes, thank you Brian, you are absolutely right, I forgot:
If you bake bananas, or when they are heat-dried, or when you mix them in a blender, they can cause acne indeed...

You can have fruits after the salad, but you cannot have fruits or salad after the egg yolks or fish.

You better use fat instead. Using the moisturizer, you will remain in this vicious cycle of moisturizing and dehydrating.
Fat prevents dehydration. Walnut oil works perfectly on your cheeks, please try it; you only need a few drops.
