| Scott 10-06-2002 12:27 PM | Hi Wai, First of all, thank you for all of your hard work providing such a wonderful resource. I've been following the sample diet religiously for six days now, and I see enormous improvement in the general condition of my skin. Unfortunately, the last couple of days I've had a few new breakouts. The new inflammations seem to coincide with exercise. I know, as you've said, that in healthy skin, sweat doesn't cause acne. But is it possible that sweat is aggravating my already-damaged skin? Do you think I should try to avoid excessive sweating until after the diet has thoroughly healed my skin? Thanks again for your efforts. I don't understand why current medical opinions deny a connection between diet and acne. My experiment with your sample diet, at least thus far, certainly seems to indicate otherwise. Scott |

So, you need to make very sure not to be physically active after having consumed proteinacous food. quote:Its all about money. They cannot make money by telling acne patients the truth; they need to sell drugs. Also, if consuming no cooked foods (and salt) can eliminate your acne, maybe cooked food does more to you than they want you to know. They want to leave Pandorra's box closed. |
