| hollywood 09-24-2002 03:12 AM | Wai: Could it be that there is a point of no further improvements on the diet? I ask this because i have been on your diet for quit a while now and i have ridded myself of all inflamed acne. I only get plugged pores around the T-zone area of my face which are never inflamed. i squeeze these gently and usually the contents will come out all stringy such as blackheads on ones nose except this is all along my t-zone (forehead, nose and chin). Could it be that i am over-reacting and i shouldnt be concerned with this, as it is probably normal for many people to have some non-inflamed plugged pores. i mean, truthfully you cant even see them since they lay under the skin's surface. i literally need to be within 2 inches of the mirror to know where to squeeze. Is there a way to get rid of these things? i know the diet works for me because i USED to have moderate acne..now all that remains of my acne is what im explaining to you (if its even concidered acne at all). But at any rate, i want them GONE. i will not accept them, even if they are not visible, I STILL KNOW THEY ARE THERE. this is unacceptable. what could this be due to? could it be that i need to be more strict with the diet? i DO eat quite a bit of much food (at least 2 munch foods per day) to keep me on the diet comfortably. or maybe i just cant get to the point where they will vanish no matter what i do. this is really discouraging me a little bit because i know how hard i try to maintain the diet. just sucks! i mean, i can squeeze them all and get rid of all of them but then a couple days later they just return so whats the point? the really bad thing about them though is that if im not carefull when squeezing i irritate the surrounding skin causing an inflamation. this has actually happened a bunch of times so its REALLY important to me to get rid of this, you see. alright well, hopefully you'll be able to help. ![]() |

You determine whether your skin improves, by the amount of munch food that you eat. quote:You have answered you own question :the only way to further improve the condition of your skin, is by consuming less munch food. |
