| Author | Topic: diet gets rid of bumps under the skin? |
| MoonRaeven 09-04-2002 02:08 PM | exactly how would a day of eating go on this sample diet...I've read so much today I think my brain is going to explode. You have so much good intense information...rather excited. I used to have awesome skin, but when I turned 30 something happened....at first it was like a reaction to something, but then I was also under a lot of stress and then of course hormone changes and all. I have these weird bumps/very small and hard. they aren't inflamed, but they are under the skin. Sometimes they will "head" to the surface and become inflamed, but for the most part they just stay there and look bumpy. Will this diet get rid of these? Will they get worse when I start it and I end up having a major breakout? HELP..... thank you, MoonRaeven |
| MoonRaeven 09-04-2002 03:09 PM | I just re-read my post thinking it sounded caotic. I am new to this bulletin..all the information is so good. Right now I just feel desperate. I have been struggling with this now for about 2-3 years and all the washing and everything else, medications etc... are killing my face. so much makes sense... I just want to make sure I understand and do it correctly. thank again, MoonRaeven |

You don't need to read all the information at once. Depending on how much time you have, you can take can read the book, or take the short cut; the sample diet. quote:Your changes are very good, but you may of course be one of those people in which the acne is too much hormonally determined to totally disappear. But again, the odds are good. quote:Well, in your skin much sebum / pus has accumulated, and because of this diet, most of it will surface the skin all at the same time, so, your skin may look bad initially... Of course, this should not be the "end". The diet prevents the accumulation of new pus / sebum, and thus your skin will become clear afterwards. You just need to maintain the diet. Also, you may, like most of us, not experience any initial worsening at all... ![]() |
