During my diet...Im on my 6 day, Im having pimples about 1 or two but they heal at once compared before(stays about 1-3 days) .....and also Im getting some warts but they removed easily....what that this mean .....Is the diet working for me.....please advise.....

Also I how many days will a acne manifest on your face upon eating acne causing food...so I can monitor my skin (experimenting)
