I've been on your diet for about a week and a half, during which time I've been eating exactly what I'm supposed to be, according to your book.

Initially in the first half a week I felt fantastic, but, after about the first week, I started to feel tired/ no mental energy, like I can't think properly. To be honest, I feel vague, like I'm high or something. My motivation has decreased, and another thing I've noticed is that when I get tired very quickly at night. I went out a few times and was almost asleep at 10:30pm.

As for my acne, I had mild acne to begin with and after about 3 days on the diet I had erruptions on my chin and cheek which I have not had for years. And where the acne had healed became very red and noticeable. I think is the egg yolk because I had the same experience when I tried the "egg yolk mask" on face cure for acne some years ago.

Another thing is the weight loss. I wasn't over weight to begin with and I've dropped about 5 kilos while on this diet and I feel weak now.

This is not to say that I doubt your theory you outline in your book. It makes a lot of sense and when I think back my acne was always worsened when I ate a lot of salty food and meat. But I think I'm gonna have to start eating some cooked meat into the diet.

Then you better stop with the diet totally.
Eating some cooked meat in the diet, is not doing the sample diet AT ALL, and it does not make any sense anymore.

That is caused by a lack of glucose.

this is caused by too little glycogen in the liver and the muscles, which is, again, caused by too little glucose.

That happens to more people in the first days of the diet.
It is due to the elimination of the pinching off of the sebum canals; all the sebum and pus that had accumulated in the skin can now reach the surface of the skin.

No, not the egg yolk, but the surfacing of the accumulated junk. Consuming fresh raw egg yolk cannot cause acne

This is caused by ingesting too little energy; glucose or fats. (again)

Summarizing:
You have been consuming too little nutritional and easy to digest food, causing a decrease in the blood sugar level, resulting in tiredness, weightloss, vagueness etc. etc.

Solution
A: You need to consume much more fresh fruit juices (at LEAST a gallon a day), with always sufficient sugar and oil added, instead of whole fruits. Make 2 or 3 big bottles with juice (orange juice, or juices from the juice extractor)in the morning, so that you can zip from these all day.
B: You need to eat raw (in the shell, shelled by hand) Brazil- or Macadamia nuts every day.
C: You need to be aware that you now need to eat much more often than you used to do. You need to learn to recognize when the blood sugar level is decreasing, and then to consume something immediately.
D: You need to carry dried fruits and nuts with you all the time, so that you never have to lack energy. (weightloss = lack of energy)

How much fresh raw animal food do you consume?
How much do you weigh? How tall are you?

Good luck!

I've been on the diet since my initial post and now it's all good, but, I've made some changes. I now eat 30g per day of dirty protein and feel much better than I was restricting it to just 15g or less. I eat about 2.5kg fruit per day. AND...something I discovered was that after a few weeks on the diet, all the blackheads and whiteheads had gone, but, I had started getting many many cysts. Strange, I thought, so I worked out what had really changed from not being on the diet and being on the diet apart from the restriction on dirty protein, and I worked out I was eating a ton more fat on the diet than I used when I wasn't on the diet. So, I then started reading about fat metabolism and how vitamin b5 and others are used. I began supplementing with a vitamin b complex at each meal, and guess what, after a week all the cysts gone...now my skin is as beautiful as a baby's bum.

Slickrick,

Thank you for reporting about your progress.

I think the cysts would have gone anyway.
Maybe you can do a little experiment?
Maybe you can maintain the diet exactly as it is right now, except for not taking any supplement, and see whether you get acne again.
My bet is that you wount...

BTW: congratulations!
You are lucky to be able to ingest so much dirty protein... good for you! [Smile]
