Since I don't have any good quality olive oil, can I eat butter instead? What else can be eaten besides oils for fat?

You can try avocado. They can be eaten alone with a dash of sugar and can also be mixed with egg yo;ks, tomatoes to become a salad.

No, I just eat chunks of butter right out of the fridge. I like it that way. I use heavy whipping cream in my coffee too. I guess I don't need olive oil?

not on the sample diet
butter is a dairy product, and all dairy products are excluded from the diet, since they (raw or not) always contain some dirty protein and/or lactose (the latter increases the uptake of partially undigested protein, incl dirty protein)

besides avocadoes, you can eat Brazil nuts or macadamia nuts (bought in the shell, shelled by hand)
