Author	Topic: weird effects from Brazil nuts
Moon 04-11-2003 12:52 AM	Hi Wai I notice that when I eat around 10 brazil nuts in a day, not necesarily at the same time, i have some strange effects. I notice that I get really hot, my face gets really warm, and my urine has the same smell as the brazil nuts. My lips even get a bit dried out. This doesn't happen everytime, but it usually does. Does anyone else experience this? Thanks so much Moon
Wai 04-11-2003 10:35 AM	i think that your body doesn't like the Brazil nuts Do you eat animal food? (then you don't need the Brazil nuts)
Sanna 04-15-2003 03:26 AM	I used to eat Brazil nuts, my urine smelled exactly like Brazil nuts, too, it really made me wonder. And I got some pimples even though the nuts were raw. And digestion didn't seem fine all the time. I left them out and felt much better, now I eat lots and lots of raw egg yolks. It makes all the difference...my friend eats Brazil nuts and feels fine, we are all different...
