| siroon 02-17-2003 08:32 PM | I got a jar of virgin coconut oil from Tropical Traditions to moisturize my face. I find it to be very tasty as well. Is it OK to eat while on the sample diet? It is wet milled, but according to the website, they use a small amount of heat during part of the process. I hope it's OK because it is so delicious and soooo satisfying to me. I guess I'm getting sick of olive oil :-) |

So, the question is: how much heat exactly is involved? |
