sunny 02-14-2003 06:55 PM	Hi! As far as what I've learned, if it is extra virgin, first cold pressed, and pure then it should be okay. I'm currently using one that is all of the above, plus it's also organic, and I haven't encountered any problems except for my throat stinging, which I now believe is normal (my throat does not sting when the o.o. is mixed with the o.j. ). To test its purity, store some olive oil in the refrigerator for 24 hours. If it doesn't form any flakes then it's not pure. Flakes equals pure. (got this tip from Reformed Robot Man). Since we're on this topic, I guess it doesn't matter whether the olive oil is Greek or Italian made as long as it has all the aforementioned criteria. Or am I assuming too much? Thanks, Sunny
