| Sanna 02-05-2003 09:06 AM | you know when you crack a Brazil nut and the nut is covered with a thin brown "peel", should it be removed? ..using a knife, for example? Does it contain enzyme inhibitors or something? |

When I eat coconut, I remove the brown skin after removal from the shell. Mostly for personal tastes. I find it easier to digest, and tastes better without the skin. |
