| wr_uae 01-17-2003 11:59 AM | Im a bit unsure how much Olive oil to use to get the Ratio 1g fat to 2g carbs eg If I have 1kg of raw fruit no avacado and no nuts I would be crazy to use 500g of olive oil, wouldnt I?? I do use quite a lot as it is with nuts & avacado but never used just olive oil...I'm just courious! |
