Hi Wai,

I would like to ask any alternative for brazilian nut...I can't seem to find it anywhere in out area, all that i can find were cashew, peanuts and almond....please advise.

Can I include garlic in the diet cause I heard its contains lots of important ingredient needed by body to boost immunity....please advise

Can I include mustard sauce also in the diet (In preparing munch food)

Thanks wai

Have you tried online? http://www.nutsonline.com
If you cannot buy online, and therefore cannot eat Brazil nuts, consuming the animal food becomes more essential, AND then you should also consume Macadamia nuts (in the shell; http://www.sunorganic.com ) or walnuts (in the shell.
Peanuts are already roasted in the shell.

It can only boost your immunity if your normal diet lacks something that the garlic supplies you with. Garlic can cause acne in some. It can also cause gasses (and the smell of course).

I wouldn't do that, mustard can very easily cause acne.
I you want it anyway, you better start experimenting first; when your skin is 100% clear.

Hi Wai
Thanks very much...I probably buy peanuts. Can I have peanuts that are fried in oil or have it boiled in water...cause that is the only source of peanuts that are available in out market either fried or bioled in water.....

Thanks

Please DON'T.

That is the shortest road to new acne... [Frown]
I'm sure you can buy Macadamia nuts in the shell in the Phillipines.
