| riverdown 09-19-2002 11:59 PM | Hi Wai, I would like to ask any alternative for brazilian nut...I can't seem to find it anywhere in out area, all that i can find were cashew, peanuts and almond....please advise. Can I include garlic in the diet cause I heard its contains lots of important ingredient needed by body to boost immunity....please advise Can I include mustard sauce also in the diet (In preparing munch food) Thanks wai |
