| Simontreally 05-29-2003 12:15 PM | *********IF YOU are following Wai's diet properly do not read this**************** Western society just wont let me do this diet!!! Wai could you be a little more flexible on this post, and tell me how to follow aspects of your diet without raw fish, raw eggs and brazil nuts. I do not live in a jungle, but a city, where these food items are just not safe to eat raw or available If having to eat cooked meat or egg for all my nutrients, which would be best regarding the least acne. For example would cooked egg yolk (be the worst) as its the highest protein content cooked to make the most 'dirty' protein. Are tinned boiled potatoes any good for protein? I need flexibility or i will die in a house full of food Im sure there was a page on your site telling us the contents of protein in cooked foods ie: cola - 4 protein. But i cannot find it anywhere! Concerning the least acne in a partly COOKED food diet this is what im eating - is it ok, Banana's apples orange juice + oil Some days: portion of potatoe, cooked egg yolk, and chicken, some skimmed milk how much of all of this do you think i need to get 3000 kcal a day? I did the diet correctly at the start Wai, although NO fresh Eggs in my area made me more ill than i have ever been in my life! Your site has made me paranoid about everything i put in my mouth. Could anyone offer guidance ( i really wanted to be one of those people who could write up, how great the diet was,and how it solved my problems, but i guess i was asking too much living in a city) |

| jay_1 05-29-2003 01:57 PM | Simon, The diet is difficult, even more difficult for those without the "drive" to clear their acne. There are some sacrifices you will have to accept in order to follow through with this diet correctly. How bad is your acne? Mine is not that bad, but I want so badly to wake up every morning and not have a pimple--even one--on my face. One pimple cripples my day or even week in some cases. I travel quite extensively and I attend many parties and functions where there are huge amounts of COOKED FOOD everywhere. The smell of it just drives me crazy. Regardless, I am determined and I will not give in, I hope you will LEARN to do the same. |
