hi wai. in your recent experiments, have you encountered any people who were able to tolerate fish that had been pre-frozen? just curious as i'm having an awful difficult time finding fresh fish in this part of the country...? thanks wai!

For me personally, right now I am able to eat about 125g of pre-frozen salmon without any skin problems.

That said, if I do that I cannot eat anything else outside of the strict sample diet for that day.

And even so, I prefer not to eat fish that has been frozen. But, I am very spoiled living near the ``salmon capital'' at least of the west coast of Canada (I have yet to eat anything that compares to the fresh sockeye salmon from here). Unfortunately sockeye is not always in season.

Ashtek,
Sure, there are people, like Brian, with acne that can eat pre-frozen fish, but, you should only start experimenting with that AFTER you have succeeded to totally clear your skin first, so that you can distinguish the effects of foods on your skin.

I will transfer this thread to the "after the sample diet" forum in a few days...
