Hi
I just like to know if there is any noodles available in the market or homemade that I can substitute for noodles.....
Consuming noddles for me once in a while never cause any breakout....even if I take if everyday although....i know that noodles are bad food cause it contains a greasy or oily stuff on it and what I heard is might in the future cause cancer if not taken alternatively....
So Im wondering if there is any noodles that I can consume instead.....

Thanks

Noodles that are less harmful, for containing less protein, are noodles based on tapioca.
I believe they are much consumed in Vietnam.

You may also try spaghetti squash. I had some cooked spaghetti squash with spaghetti sauce. Tasted and looked just like pasta. May not be noodles exactly but a great fruit substitute none-the-less.

Oh, um. You just cook the spaghetti squash in the oven for a little while. Then fork out the insides and it gives you long spaghetti like strands.

Hi, spaggetti squash is a fruit and look like a mellon. Inside are some fruit structures that is similar to noodles, but i never heard about eating it raw. In Brasil i heard about a new factory making noodles of manioc. I'll try to find this information...
