Bones are boiled with water, and then the water is mixed with garlic, and after some time that supstance is getting strengthened and you can eat it, without bones off course. It is originally prepared with bones and meat but maybe there will be fewer proteins this way. Can you include that in munch food, any info about it, proteins content in bones?

Yes, the protein contents of such a 'bone-bouillon' will be lower than that of a 'meat-bouillon'. The less meat, the less protein, but I cannot tell you how much.
Yes, you can include that in munch food. The best way to experiment with it, is by eating NO other munch food for a week, and only this new munch food DAILY during one week. Then you will know how harmful it is to your skin.

Keep us updated, okay?

yes, you can find out by knowing what goes in the soup, and then you calculate the protein contents of the ingredients!

ah, okay, well I think it is listed in the USDA database; after having typed in "beef", you get a list which includes "beef broth / bouillon", listed as a soup. (scroll down the page)
This one: "Soup, beef broth, bouillon, consomme, prepared with equal volume water, commercial", contains 2.2% protein.
