dear wai, can u please help me out once again here. it is impossible to get to know how many proteins soup or gravy contains for example because they are "home made"! not in packets & so dont have a little nutritional info table!!! what shall i do to find out?
and by the way! i found a packet of corn flour, which is really low in protein (0.4g per 100g) - is it used like normal flour?

then you need to calculate it by knowing the ingredients. you need to know how much of each ingredient it contains, and their protein contents are known...
