| Carolyn 09-30-2002 10:20 AM | Wai, supposing i am going to make a munch meal - just taking a potato based meal as an example - is it better to heat at a very high temperature for a few mins or is it better to cook at a low temperature for a longer period of time? And is it the same for all foods? Thanks ![]() |

But all unnatural foods (such as potatoes, beans, grains, etc.) need different cooking methods to eliminate the natural toxins. (such as alkaloids in potatoes) For every food, there is a special cooking method that can be used best. Regarding 'dirty' protein, it doesn't matter very much, except that when exposed to very high temperatures, more protein is converted into very toxic substances (as in grilled / barbequed meat). |
