Wai,
You're advising not to consume more than 15 grams of 'dirty' protein every day. I believe than between than between steam cooking and deep frying are big differences in terms of dirtyness, what do you think? Could 30g of 'mildly dirty' proteins equivalent to 15g of 'dirty' proteins for instance? Does this make sense?

Absolutely.

Yes, but I would rather say:
15g of 'normal' / 'mildly' dirty protein is about equivalent to 7.5 gram 'very dirty' protein (as in french fries); just to prevent that people think that 30 gram protein from steam-cooked foods is okay on this diet.

Did I hear you say once that if one were on the diet and comes off for one meal to eat more proteinous food than normal maybe one wouldn't be affected (normal meal of meat and potatoes). But if you did that two days in a row there was a greater chance of being affected and getting an breakout?

Is the vegetable protein less bad per gram than cooked meat protein because the meat must be cooked longer at a higher temperature to make it edible? Is 10g of cooked vegetable protein less bad than say 5g of cooked meat protein?

Yes. I noticed that when I experimented, generally nothing happened when eating munch foods only during one day (after a period of 100% raw).
But when I consumed (lower) amounts of munch foods for a few consequetive days, I surely broke out.
The reason: the dirty protein is only very slowly degraded, so that 'dirty' protein from the second day comes ON TOP of the 'dirty' protein from the first day.
The first day intake may not exceeed that critical level, while a few days 'dirty' protein intake surely will...

Yes, when more heat is involved, it is worse, per gram protein.
But, 1 gram vegetable protein can be worse than 1 gram beef protein if ie the beef is only cooked while the vegetable has been deep fried...
