Wai 09-29-2002 01:41 PM	Both icecream and chocolat CAN cause acne, but some can eat much more of it than others. Maybe you can eat them both every day without getting acne, if you maintain my diet very strictly for the rest of the day. The only way to find out, is by first finding out whether my diet works for you, and once your skin is totally clear, you can start experimenting with adding chocolat or icecream back into your diet. Maybe you should first read about how acne is caused, and then about the acne sample diet. (see the introduction of this 'sample diet' forum)
