So, this is individually very different, and therefore there are no guidelines for this. You can, very easily, and effectively, find out how much rice you can eat: Eat raw foods only, so that your skin is clear. when it is totally clear, you start introducing rice as the ONLY munch food in your diet. Start with eating only a few spoons of (measured after it has been cooked!) rice daily. Then you can start experimenting with adding something else to your diet. Make sure that rice is the ONLY munch food consumed in this experimentation phase. Within a week you will get new acne, or not. If not, eating that amount daily is obviously safe for you, and you can gradually increase the dosage. Then, at one point you will start breaking out, so that you know that you can eat no more than you ate the week priorly. |

If you check the page where the protein contents of foods are listed, you see that potato by far is the least bad (2%), and of the foods you mentioned, rice is the least bad (7%), followed by tofu (8%), bread (8%) and pasta (12%). Cooked animal foods are worse; chicken (20%), pork (22%) and beef (22%). Regarding tofu, however, you also need to know that it is made from soy, which contains phytoestrogens that mess up your hormone metabolism. |
